David Nichols | President
Dave is a founding member of itSM Solutions® LLC. David has steeped himself in information technology (IT) for 25 years in the medical, computer and computer graphics industries. As one of the founders of itSM Solutions, he draws on that experience when he consults with, and teaches IT Service Management best practices to itSM Solutions' clients. Nichols has also served as an ITSM product director and executive management consultant for a well-known Managed Service Provider where he developed the ITIL certification courses for both classroom and Web-based training. His team received the itSMF 2001 Innovative Product of the Year award, for "ITSM Best Practices Online," a web-based ITIL Foundation course. He also has written a companion study guide called "The itSM Primer." As an executive consultant he has helped emerging companies align their IT goals to meet business objectives and achieve operational excellence. David holds ITSM V3 Expert Certification.
Janet Kuhn | VP Finance
Janet is a founding member of itSM Solutions® LLC. An IT professional for more than two decades, she managed major infrastructure projects affecting 1,000 remote sites and 18,000 users at a major medical company. In her most recent role she has supported the introduction of the Information Technology Infrastructure Library and its best practices framework within IT departments. She also helped lead the team that produced the ground-breaking "IT Service Management Best Practices Online," web-based training leading to the Foundation certificate in IT Service Management. With a unique combination of her IT experience, coupled with university studies and nearly a decade of prior experience in the Public Relations field, Janet brings to the table an in-depth understanding of what it takes to provide superior support to the IT customer. Janet holds ITSM V3 Expert Certification.
Rick Lemieux | VP Sales, Business Development & Marketing
Rick is a managing partner and responsible for overseeing the company's Sales, Marketing and Business Development programs. Rick has been involved in selling and marketing ITSM/ITIL software and training solutions for the past eight years. Prior to ITSM Solutions, Rick led the Sales and Business Development teams at software companies focused on selling task automation solutions to the ITSM marketplace. Rick is ITIL Foundation certified and the author of several articles, whitepapers and training programs focused on the practical aspects of ITIL and IT Service Management.
