Utilizing a common courseware curriculum that supports both classroom and online venues, itSM Solutions® Mentor Led Training programs provide the maximum flexibility in venue, scheduling, support services, travel expense, time out of the office and overall training costs.

itSM Self Study Online Training Solutions

All self study online classes use a series of accredited video lectures combined with online student courseware and classroom or remote mentors to recreate the actual classroom experience. All programs can be delivered in a group (public or onsite) or individual (desktop or mobile) classroom environment. Upon completion of each training segment, students who have purchased the optional exam vouchers can go online to register with our exam agent who in turn will collect all the necessary documentation to set them up with a location and proctor to administer the exams.

• Online Pre-Recorded Video Lectures
  Enables students to select a venue (home, office or training center) and training schedule that works best for them.


• Online Student Courseware
  Enables students to review the courseware online and/or print one local copy for their ITSM professional development library.


• Online Exam Services

• Online Mentoring Services
  Through our online support group My ITSM Mentoring Community™ students can connect with ITIL Expert Mentors (and other students) to receive the guidance they might need when preparing for the exam or when applying ITSM best practices in a real world IT environment.


• PDU Credits
  Enables students to receive PDU credits that can be applied to maintaining their PMP status with The Project Management Institute (PMI).

itSM Classroom Training Solutions

All classroom venues include accredited student courseware delivered by a certified itSM Solutions® Mentor in a public, onsite or virtual (webinar) classroom environment.

itSM Training Support Services

Both options can be combined with a series of value added support services designed to enhance the student's overall training experience.

Optional services include:

• Program Management Services that enable enterprises to monitor and manage the student's progress throughout the entire training program.


• Online Student Assessment & Practice Exams that enable students to assess their understanding of the ITSM program they are being trained on along with taking a series of online practice exams in preparation for the actual exam.


• Exam Services that enable students or training coordinators to schedule exam services for individuals or groups within their IT department.


• ITSM Bookstore Services offering students and training coordinators access to third-party books designed to add value to the ITSM focus area under review.
