In November of 2008, APMG (the governing body of ITIL) released the requirements listed below as the minimum qualifications mentors/instructors need to have in order to teach V2 and V3 ITIL Certification programs. All itSM Solutions® mentors/instructors meet this requirement in addition to having several years of hands-on ITSM design, implementation and operational level experience.
itSM Solutions® also offers its partners and clients (assuming they have the required ITIL certifications) the opportunity to deliver ITSM training programs themselves by attending the Train-the-Trainer ( TTT) program (classroom and online) for the class they wish to teach.
