Introduction
itSM Solutions® Partner Program offers IT training and service organizations the opportunity to launch their own co-branded ITSM Mentored Learning Training program without going through the pain and expense of developing one internally. Training programs include:

itSM Online Training - All online programs include accredited online lectures and student courseware delivered online by a certified itSM Solutions® Mentor in a public, onsite, desktop or mobile classroom environment. itSM Online Classroom Training
- Enables enterprises to train their IT organization without losing the true value of classroom training - "The Mentor".
- Provides students the flexibility learn at their own pace and to schedule their training just like they would schedule daily meetings.
- Eliminates thousands of dollars in instructor fees, travel expenses, shipping and lost productivity costs.
- Supports a universal per day pricing model for all online training programs.

itSM Training Support Services Both options can be combined with a series of value added service programs (partner or itSM Solutions® provided) that are designed to enhance the students overall training experience. Service programs include:
- One-on-One Mentoring Services that enable students to reach out to a trusted advisor or coach for questions that might come up during a student's online training program.
- Program Management Services that enable enterprises to monitor and manage the students progress throughout the entire training program.
- Online Student Assessment & Practice Exams that enable students to assess their understanding of the ITSM program they are being trained on along with taking a series of online practice exams in preparation for the actual exam.
- Exam Services that enable students or training coordinators to schedule exam services for individuals or groups within their IT department.
- ITSM Bookstore Services offering students and training coordinators access to third-party books designed to add value to the ITSM focus area under review.
- Customization Services that enable enterprises to create training and certification programs focused around the specifics of the enterprise ITSM program.
Partner Programs
The itSM Solutions® Partner Program provides support for three reseller solutions. Partners are free to choose the itSM Training program or programs that best meets the needs of their clients. Options include:
- Turn-Key Partnership where the partner provides the sales and marketing functions and relies on itSM Solutions® to deliver the back-end services required to deliver a quality program to their client.
- Courseware & Exams Only Partnership where the partner provides the sales, marketing, mentor and support service functions and relies on itSM Solutions® to deliver only the courseware and exams services required to support the program.
- Storefront Partnership where the partner sets up a storefront on their web site to resell the itSM Solutions® online training portfolio and relies on itSM Solutions® to deliver the back-end support services.
itSM Partner Support Services These series are available help partners establish their ITSM presence and brand in the marketplace.
- Accreditation Services - itSM Solutions® provides application and courseware support service for partners looking to seek their own accreditation with EXIN, ISEB or APMG.
- Sales & Marketing Services - itSM Solutions® provides sales & marketing services designed to help partners get their program off the ground.
- Web Site Development - itSM Solutions® provides development services designed to help partners establish or update their exiting web site to include the itSM Solutions marketing and training catalog content.
Partner Pricing Models
The itSM Solutions® Partner Program provides support for multiple U.S. and International tiered pricing models. Options include:
- Per Student Pricing - This option requires no upfront commitment or purchases. Partners have the option to purchase co-branded turn-key solutions or only the items (i.e., instructor, courseware, exams etc.) required to support their program.
- Prepaid Training Credits - This option enables partners to earn additional discounts by pre-purchasing blocks of training credits that can be used to purchase any V2 or V3 training program or support service.
- OEM - This option enables partners to purchase a generic, pre-accredited slide deck that can be used by partners to seek their own private label accreditation.
