Introduction
itSM Solutions® Partner Program offers IT training organizations the opportunity to launch their own ITSM training program (self-paced, classroom or blended learning) without going through the pain and expense of developing the courseware and/or online solutions required to support the program.

itSM Self-Paced, Online Training Solutions - These unique self-paced classes deliver the value of the classroom experience without the hassles (scheduling etc.) and expense (instructor, travel etc.) of the classroom venue. Accredited by CSME, this next-generation online training solution delivers the knowledge to prepare for the exam, and through its online support group, My ITSM Mentoring Community™, the practical guidance on how to apply that knowledge in a real-world testing and implementation environment. Each online self-paced class includes:
- Online Pre-Recorded Video Lectures - Enables students to control their own training schedule and to select the venue (home, office or training center) that works best for them.

itSM Blended Learning Solutions (Online + Classroom) - All blended learning venues include accredited student courseware delivered in a online self-paced format along with portions of the program being delivered by an itSM Solutions® certified instructor in an onsite or virtual (webinar) classroom environment.
Partner Business Models & Pricing
The itSM Solutions® Partner Program supports the following reseller models.
Models include:
- Training Partnership where the partner relies on itSM Solutions® to deliver turn-key or a-la-cart (courseware, exams only) classroom and/or online training solutions to their clients.
- Accreditation Partnership where the partner relies on itSM Solutions® to supply the courseware and online programs to becomes an Authorized Training Organization (ATO) with an Examination Institute (EI).
In either case, itSM Solutions provides the following services to help partners establish their ITSM presence and brand in the marketplace or within their enterprise. Services include:
- Sales & Marketing Services - These services help partners get their new training program off the ground.
Classroom or Virtual Classroom Pricing
Partners have the option to purchase turn-key (instructor, courseware & exams) or a-la-cart solutions to support their ITSM training program.
Classroom services include:
- Instructor Services - Instructor service fees are built around a per day rate and may vary based on where and when the class will take place.
- Courseware Services - Courseware fees are aligned with the market conditions of the country where the course is being delivered. The courseware volume discount schedule enables partners to earn additional discounts (see table below) as the number of students licenses purchased over a twelve month period increases.

Online Self-Paced Training Pricing
The itSM Solutions® Online Partner Program requires no upfront commitment and enables partners to earn discounts up to 50% (see tables below) for ITIL online training sales over a 12 month period.
Two partner options are available:
itSM Solutions Managed Portal
In this case, the partner is responsible for all sales & marketing activities while itSM Solutions is responsible to provide all back office services including student enablement, ongoing mentoring and exam services.

Partner Managed Portal with Reporting Capability
In this case, the partner is responsible for all sales & marketing activities along with all back office services including student enablement, ongoing mentoring and exam services. This model will require the partner to make an one time investment for the development of the portal along with registering with CSME to become an Accredited Training Organization (ATO).
