Classroom or Virtual Classroom Pricing

itSM Solutions® offers enterprises looking to host an onsite classroom the opportunity to purchase the components (instructor, books exams etc.) necessary to deliver an onsite classroom program. Enterprises have the option to purchase turn-key (instructor, courseware & exams) or a-la-cart solutions to support their ITSM training program.

Classroom components include:

• Instructor Services - Instructor service fees are built around a per day rate which will vary based on where and when the class will take place.
• Courseware Services - Quantity one courseware fees are based on a $90 per training day model (example: 3 day Foundation class would be $270 per student) The courseware volume discount schedule enables partners to earn discounts (see table below) based on the number of courseware licenses purchased.
